Great location, with beautiful gardens and public transport right outside the premises. the hotel staff was welcoming and kind, always willing to help. the heating system inside the room was also very effective, which was a big plus considering how cold it can get.
The breakfast coffee shop was a bit cramped, making it difficult to find seating during high occupancy times.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the great location near several gardens and easy access to public transportation. Additionally, the hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The heating system was also excellent, which was especially important given the freezing temperatures in December.

The location couldn't be better - with famous attractions like Tulip garden, Nishat garden, Botanical garden, and Pari Mahal just a short walk away. We also found it convenient to get public transport right outside the premises gate. The staff, especially Junaid, was excellent. Although we had a small issue with the room heater/AC not working, Junaid quickly resolved it and made sure our stay was comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were cozy and well-maintained. One thing that really impressed us was the 24-hour heating system, which was essential during the chilly December temperatures. this place offers great value for money.
We highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the decent facilities that the hotel provided. One big advantage of this hotel was that the heating system was working 24 hours! This was very beneficial during our stay as the temperature outside dropped to very low levels.
We felt that the breakfast area was a bit small and uncomfortable for the number of guests. During busy times it was challenging finding a table in the limited space.
